Hemp Nation Sea Salt & Sandalwood - After-tan moisturiser and tan extender (Australian Gold)

UV from the sunbed or the sun dries out your skin. Applied after your session, Sea Salt & Sandalwood rehydrates and soothes it, as an after-tan moisturiser. Used every day, it keeps skin nourished, and well-nourished skin holds its tan for longer: that makes it a tan extender. Out of season, it’s simply a complete body lotion with a marine, woody scent.

The formula in our bottle contains no bronzers (no DHA, no erythrulose) and no SPF. It doesn’t colour the skin or protect it from UV: it cares for your skin and maintains the colour you’ve already built.

• Sea salt (Maris Sal): provides the marine minerals that give the lotion its name and character.
• Sandalwood extract (Santalum Album): the warm, woody note behind the fragrance.
• Algae and minerals: an algae extract (Hydrolyzed Algin), magnesium sulphate and manganese sulphate complete the marine side of the formula.
• Pure hemp seed oil (Cannabis Sativa): rich in omega-3 and omega-6, it revitalises the skin. It’s the signature ingredient of the Hemp Nation® range, named after hemp.
• HydraRich complex: shea butter, jojoba esters and glycerin hydrate and revitalise the skin.
• Age Defying Blend: vitamin E, vitamin A (retinyl palmitate) and niacinamide support skin regeneration, stimulate cell renewal and help fight fine lines and wrinkles.
• Aloe vera and coconut water: for soothed, soft skin after exposure.

Apply the lotion to clean, dry skin, after a shower or after your tanning session. Massage in until fully absorbed, focusing on the driest areas: legs, elbows, knees, shoulders. Does Hemp Nation Sea Salt & Sandalwood contain SPF?

No. It contains no UV filters (no SPF). It’s a moisturiser to apply after exposure, not a sun cream.

What’s the difference between Sea Salt & Sandalwood and Hemp Nation Original?

The base is the same. Sea Salt & Sandalwood adds sea salt, sandalwood extract, algae and minerals, with a marine, woody fragrance instead of the Original’s tropical scent.

Does sea salt dry out the skin?

No. In Sea Salt & Sandalwood, sea salt is one ingredient among many, in a very hydrating base: shea butter, jojoba, glycerin, aloe vera and hemp seed oil. The lotion hydrates your skin, it doesn’t dry it out.
