Loyalty programme

The more you buy, the more you earn!

To thank our best customers, we have set up a loyalty points scheme that you benefit from automatically when you order from us.

With every order, you receive 10 points for every €10 spent (even on offers, in the sale and more!)

Every 20 points gives you €1 off.

Earn points:

€10 spent = 10 points from your very first order.

Points are calculated on the order total inc. VAT, excluding delivery. We will let you know by email when your loyalty points have earned you a discount.

To check your points balance, sign in via the ‘My account’ menu.

Get your discounts:

To use your discounts, click ‘Convert loyalty points into a discount’ at the order confirmation step. The amount of your discount will be deducted from your order automatically. If you can’t see this box, it’s probably because you are not yet signed in to your account; in that case, simply sign in by clicking ‘account’ at the top of the page.

Terms of use:

• Cancelled orders and orders on which loyalty points were used do not earn points.
  
  
• An order using loyalty points cannot be combined with other discounts.
  
  
• Your points are valid for two years from your last order in our shop.
  
  
• The loyalty programme only applies to customers paying retail prices.
  
  

• The site owner reserves the right to change the terms of the loyalty programme at any time.
