Melumé is a modern brand with a firmly ‘clean’ approach: no parabens, no phenoxyethanol, no silicones and no mineral oils. The whole range is built around the Holimel® complex, a patented, 100% natural melon juice concentrate made from a unique variety of Cantaloupe melon (Cucumis melo). This innovative complex boosts the skin’s antioxidant defences, helping to protect cells from oxidative stress and irritation.
Other key ingredients in the Melumé range
Precious buriti oil: rich in beta-carotene, it effectively supports cell renewal. MelanoBronze: a complex that combines acetyl tyrosine, a stable building block of the pigment melanin, with an extract of chaste tree berries whose compounds, similar to beta-endorphins, actively stimulate melanin production in the melanocytes. MelanoBronze gradually gives a natural, healthy-looking glow without the need for sun exposure. Acetyl tyrosine: a non-essential amino acid with many benefits for the whole body, and for the skin in particular. Inside and out, it helps the skin stay better hydrated and look fresher and renewed. Acetyl tyrosine is converted into melanin, the pigment that gives colour to your skin and hair.

The bronzer is a blend of DHA and erythrulose. These sugar molecules help fight skin dehydration while giving a bronzing effect. Together, these natural molecules give a deep, natural-looking tan. DHA on its own has often been blamed for an orange tan, but combined with erythrulose the colour looks natural and the bronzing effect lasts much longer.
