Accelerator Extreme DHA - Powerful tanning accelerator (Australian Gold)

Accelerator Extreme helps you tan faster and darker on a sunbed: it’s a tanning accelerator with bronzers, for an intense tan. Its formula works in three stages. During your session, the Biosine complex boosts natural production of melanin, the pigment behind your tan, for a darker tan, faster. As soon as you apply it, chicory and black walnut give instant dark colour. Over the following hours, concentrated DHA develops the tan gradually and makes it last longer.

It’s one of Australian Gold’s iconic products (Iconic Kickstart Products range). It’s an accelerator with bronzers: designed for sunbeds, it can be used outdoors when the sun is at its weakest. It contains no SPF.

• DHA (dihydroxyacetone): the formula’s bronzer, in concentrated form. The tan develops gradually and lasts longer.
• Chicory extract and black walnut shell extract: natural bronzers for an instant dark tan.
• Biosine Complex: tea tree essential oil, olive oil and provitamin B5 (panthenol). It boosts melanin production for darker results, faster.
• Aloe vera: the first active ingredient after water, for well-hydrated skin.
• Sunflower and hemp seed oils: keep the skin healthy, and healthy skin tans better.
• Vitamins A and E: vitamin A protects the skin from environmental aggressors; antioxidant vitamin E helps fight skin ageing.

Apply Accelerator Extreme to clean, dry skin before your tanning session, in a thin, even layer all over your body. Wash your hands thoroughly after application: DHA colours your palms too. Stick to the session time recommended by your salon to avoid burning. The colour from the DHA keeps developing over the hours after your session.

The 15ml sachet lets you try the product or take it to the salon. The 250ml bottle is made for regular use.

DHA doesn’t create a tan, it transforms it: an established tan that has turned dull takes on a darker, more coppery colour.

• Accelerator Extreme (with DHA): ideal for olive skin or skin that’s already well tanned, for a darker, longer-lasting tan.

Does Accelerator Extreme contain bronzers?

Yes. Accelerator Extreme contains concentrated DHA, the bronzer also used in self-tan products, plus chicory and black walnut extracts. Your tan looks dark from the session onwards and keeps developing afterwards.

Does Accelerator Extreme protect against the sun?

No. Accelerator Extreme contains no SPF: it is not sun protection. It is designed for sunbeds and can be used outdoors when the sun is at its weakest.
