Wild Tan Black Tingle Bronzer - Tingle tanning accelerator with DHA and cocoa butter (Soleo)

During a tanning session, a tanning accelerator stimulates melanin, the pigment that gives skin its colour. Black Tingle Bronzer goes further: it is a bronzer, meaning an accelerator that also contains bronzers, plus a tingle agent. Wild Tan calls it a ‘bronzer with a tingle effect’, with a special oxygenating formula that strengthens and deepens the colour of your tan. DHA reacts with the surface of the skin without needing UV light, and adds colour on top of the tan from your session.

Our advice: Black Tingle Bronzer is for olive skin and skin that’s already deeply tanned. DHA doesn’t create the colour, it transforms it: when melanin is working hard, a tan can turn dull, and a touch of bronzer makes it more coppery and radiant. • DHA, erythrulose and walnut leaf extract: the bronzing agents in the formula. DHA (dihydroxyacetone) is the classic bronzing active.
• Methyl nicotinate: the tingle agent. It creates the tingle: the skin tingles, warms up and turns red for a short time.
• Cocoa butter: moisturises and regenerates the skin.
• Panthenol: soothes irritation.
• Tyrosine: the amino acid your skin uses to make melanin. It speeds up tanning.

Just before each tanning session, apply an even layer of Black Tingle Bronzer all over your body, then wash your hands thoroughly: DHA also colours your palms. For external use only: avoid contact with the eyes. Stick to the session time recommended by your salon to avoid burning.

My skin tingles and turns red after application: is that normal?

Yes. The tingling, warmth and redness come from methyl nicotinate, the tingle agent: they are temporary and part of the intended effect. For a bronzer without these sensations, choose Black Strong Bronzer.

Does the Black Tingle Bronzer contain SPF?

No. It contains no UV filters, so no SPF. It is designed for sunbeds and can be used outdoors when the sun is at its weakest.

Does Black Tingle Bronzer speed up tanning?

Yes. Tyrosine, the building block of melanin, speeds up tanning during the session. DHA adds its colour to your tan, and the oxygenating formula deepens the shade.
