Catching rays - Bronzer-free tanning accelerator with ginger and carrot oil (Emerald Bay)

Emerald Bay Catching Rays prepares and supports your skin during your tanning session. Carrot oil and tyrosine, the amino acid your skin uses to make melanin, boost your natural tan for a deeper, healthy-looking colour.

It contains no bronzers (no DHA, no erythrulose): all the colour comes from your own melanin. It’s the ideal accelerator to start your sunbed season, for fair skin, or if you prefer a tan with no added colour at all.

Catching Rays contains no SPF. It is designed for sunbeds and can be used outdoors when the sun is at its weakest.

• Carrot Oil Complex: carrot root extract, carrot seed oil and carrot water, combined with tyrosine to stimulate melanin production.
• Sweet almond, sunflower and safflower oils: they smooth and soften the skin.
• Fresh fruit peels: orange, grapefruit, lime and tangerine. A fruit’s vitamins are concentrated in its peel, and these peels provide vitamin C, which helps protect the skin from free radicals.
• Pomegranate and ginger extracts: this blend moisturises, soothes and purifies the skin. Ginger has a warming, invigorating effect for healthy-looking, glowing skin.
• Agave nectar: enriched with skincare concentrates and nourishing vitamins, it leaves skin supple.
• Also in the formula: shea and cocoa butters, calendula, mango and vanilla extracts.

Apply Catching Rays to clean, dry skin before your tanning session, in a thin, even layer all over your body. Wash your hands after application. Stick to the session time recommended by your salon to avoid burning.

The 15ml sachet is handy for trying the lotion or taking it to the salon. The 250ml Emerald Bay bottle is made for regular sunbed use.
