Collagenetics 2-in-1 PRO (Devoted Creations) - Collagen-boosting tanning accelerator

The Collagenetics range from Devoted Creations is a complete anti-ageing skincare system for the face and body. The 2-in-1 PRO is its newest product. It meets a specific need: preparing the skin for a red light session, then leaving it ready for a UV tanning session, with a single application.

The lotion works on its own or with the other Collagenetics products. It boosts collagen production, reduces the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and signs of ageing, and gives optimal results both under red light and on the sunbed.

Do you have a red light therapy session and a tanning session on the same day? With a standard accelerator, you would need one product for red light and another for UV. The 2-in-1 PRO does both: your skin is prepared for red light, then ready to tan fast and dark, without a second product.

• Bioactive Tetra Peptides: activate collagen production and reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and rough skin.
• Advanced Matrixyl Synthe 6: a powerful anti-ageing peptide that reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, for long-lasting results.
• Trylagen: supports collagen and protects it from breaking down. Skin looks firmer and smoother, and wrinkles are ‘filled’ so they become less and less visible.
• Kollaren: skin-repairing peptides that boost collagen production.
• Renovage: firms, hydrates and plumps the skin, and increases its collagen level.
• pH stabilisers: bring the skin to an optimal pH for better absorption of the actives.
• Lychee extract: boosts hydration and revitalises the skin for a fresh, younger-looking complexion.
• Tyrosine: an amino acid that is a precursor of melanin and the go-to ingredient in tanning accelerators.
• Also in the INCI list: soy proteins (glycine soja protein, hydrolyzed soy protein), onion extract and caffeine.

Exfoliate your skin, then apply the lotion all over your body before your red light session or your tanning session. There is no other product to apply between the two. Wash your hands after application and follow the session time recommended by your salon, on a lay-down or stand-up sunbed, to avoid burning.

The 2-in-1 PRO contains no SPF: it is designed for sunbeds and red light, and can be used outdoors when the sun is at its weakest.

Does Collagenetics 2-in-1 PRO contain bronzers?

No. Its formula contains no DHA and no erythrulose: your tan comes only from your tanning session. It is a good choice for your first sessions and for fair skin. On olive skin or skin that is already very tanned, an accelerator with bronzers turns a tan that has become dull into a coppery colour.

Can you use the 2-in-1 PRO on a sunbed only, without red light?

Yes. It is applied before the red light session or before the tanning session: on a sunbed alone, it works as an anti-ageing tanning accelerator.

Does Collagenetics 2-in-1 PRO lotion protect against the sun?

No, it has no SPF. It is not a sun cream and does not protect your skin from UV rays.

Sachet or bottle: which size should you choose?

The 15ml sachet lets you try the lotion for one session. The 210ml bottle, with its pump, is made for regular use.
