100% of our reviews are genuine: none are made up, and each one is published exactly as the customer wrote it, less glowing ones included. Only two kinds are not shown here: messages that don’t give an opinion (‘not tried it yet’) and those about a product rather than the shop (often the same text as the review left on the product page).
Good lotion with a pleasant scent.

Bonne crème avec un parfum agréable.
Delivery was very fast, I received product samples that made me very happy. I exchanged a few emails with someone from the site, very kind, efficient, fast and very satisfying. I’ll order again as soon as I need other products :) .

I’m more than delighted with this product! It’s moisturising without being greasy! My skin gets its elasticity and radiance back. What’s more, when you’re a bit tanned and you apply it to your face like a day cream, you get the most amazing glow!!! So you can imagine how happy I am with this lotion!!!! As for the delivery service, once the payment is received in their account, it takes 2 days;;; great, isn’t it?!!!

Site très sérieux .
Very professional site. ‘Manu’, the person in charge of this site, is ultra-responsive. The only downside is the delivery: I had to call the carrier GLS to arrange a delivery appointment!! Order placed on a Tuesday, received on Friday instead of the Thursday announced.
Abdelatif K., on 18/04/2014, automatically translated from FrenchShow the original review (in French)
Reply from Creme de Bronzage: As for delivery, the problem exists with every carrier. None of them delivers 100% on time and without problems (and I regret that). That’s also why I do my best to send your parcels out within 24 hours. In terms of statistics, I find that GLS comes top for problem-free deliveries, closely followed by La Poste, with Mondial Relay right behind. The advantage of GLS: they’re cheaper and your parcels are insured free of charge.
I recommend this site 100%, because it answers all the questions we customers ask ourselves (which lotion to choose, with bronzers or not, the product descriptions, etc.). The products are excellent quality and the prices low. I’ve been using them for 15 days and I’m very happy with them. My delivery, which had been correctly sent to my post office, was sent back to the post office of departure, a sorting centre mistake. In fact, I’m placing a new order this evening.

Fast dispatch good contact with the staff satisfied, will certainly buy again.

Regular communication with Manu. If there are problems, solutions within minutes; if they make a mistake, everything is at their expense; very, very good customer relations and unrivalled products. As a tanning fan, believe me, I only buy there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gwenne c., on 01/04/2014, automatically translated from FrenchShow the original review (in French)
Recommended, excellent seller, thank you.

À recommander vendeur excellent merci.
My first order got lost in transit a new order was sent out straight away very good follow-up I had already ordered on this site, I’ve never been disappointed with the products and I’ll keep ordering without any worries. .
Thérèse L., on 28/03/2014, automatically translated from FrenchShow the original review (in French)
Reply from Creme de Bronzage: That’s the 3rd time in 3 years that a parcel has been completely lost by the carrier (in this case Mondial Relay). When that happens, insured or not, I send you another parcel at my own expense, within 48 hours. Sorry again for this hitch, which was beyond my control, and thank you for your patience!
Perfect.

Your products are all exceptional, in terms of both texture and scent. They leave a lovely fragrance after application that has no equal anywhere. What’s more, given the wide choice, you simply want to try them all!
Cathy K.rieger LOBSANN., on 27/03/2014, automatically translated from FrenchShow the original review (in French)
Great site.

Super site.
I’m really happy with my order and with the 4 samples I received! The only slight problem is the delivery, which was certainly very fast, but very early in the morning.
Jade M., on 27/03/2014, automatically translated from FrenchShow the original review (in French)
NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT, PERFECT, IN FACT I’LL BE PLACING ANOTHER ORDER SOON.
