What’s in Karat Kollagen?

• Four forms of tyrosine (tyrosine, acetyl tyrosine, oleoyl tyrosine, caproyl tyrosine) and ATP: tyrosine is the raw material of melanin, ATP is the cell’s energy. Together, they speed up and intensify your tan.
• Peptides palmitoyl tripeptide-1 and palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7: the anti-ageing duo known for smoothing the skin and restoring its firmness.
• Vegan collagen (hydrolysed plant protein) and lupin extract: they support the skin’s collagen, with no animal-derived ingredient.
• Hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, glycerin and panthenol: hydration that plumps and softens.

How to apply it

Before your tanning session, apply Karat Kollagen evenly to clean, dry skin, then massage in until fully absorbed. Wash your hands after application. For an even tan, exfoliate the day before and moisturise your skin after each session.

Does Karat Kollagen contain bronzers? No. No DHA and no bronzer: your tan comes from your sessions, with no streaks or orange tint.

Does it contain real collagen? It contains vegan collagen, in other words a hydrolysed plant protein, combined with peptides that support your skin’s collagen. No animal-derived ingredient plays this role.

Karat Kollagen or Karat Lotion Original? Both are tanning butters. Karat Lotion Original is the classic of the range; Kollagen goes further on skincare with its four tyrosines, peptides and hyaluronic acid.
