4.91767 verified reviews of our shop
100% of our reviews are genuine: none are made up, and each one is published exactly as the customer wrote it, less glowing ones included. Only two kinds are not shown here: messages that don’t give an opinion (‘not tried it yet’) and those about a product rather than the shop (often the same text as the review left on the product page).

Excellent service. Livraison rapide. Correspondance très sympathique.
About 10 days for delivery with Chronopost is outrageous, especially given the delivery charge.
Olivier P., on 08/06/2020, automatically translated from FrenchShow the original review (in French)
Environ 10 jours de livraison en Chronopost c est abusé surtout au prix de l envoi.
Reply from Creme de Bronzage: I completely agree with you! On my side, I do everything I can to send orders out the same day or the next day at the latest, and then my efforts are ruined by one carrier or another! Chronopost is usually reliable, but since lockdown ended they’ve been doing all sorts of things, and on top of that they no longer offer any guarantee of on-time delivery!
A trade customer for quite a few years now, I’m still just as happy with the products, the prices and above all the customer service, which is more than flawless and always attentive.

Client professionnel depuis déjà pas mal d’années je suis toujours autant satisfait des produits, des prix et surtout du service client qui est plus qu’irréprochable est toujours à l’écoute.
Reply from Creme de Bronzage: Thank you :).

Superbe produit je recommande accélération bronzage top.
Nothing to complain about regarding the site itself. Just that Mondial Relay has had my parcel for 10 days. I won’t order with Mondial Relay again, because this isn’t my 1st disappointment.
Jessica F., on 28/05/2020, automatically translated from FrenchShow the original review (in French)
Rien à redire sur le site en lui-même. Juste que mondial relay a mon colis depuis 10 jours. Je ne commanderai plus par mondial relay car ce n'est pas ma 1ere déception.
Reply from Creme de Bronzage: Unfortunately, every delivery method comes with a certain percentage of errors, slowness, lost parcels... I have no control over that, and I’m sorry about it! :( Short of delivering every parcel to you by hand :).
Great site, very fast dispatch, nothing to complain about!
