Very disappointed with the delivery: delivered to a pickup point because I was supposedly absent, when I was at home.

.
Reply from Creme de Bronzage: I’m very sorry about that. Unfortunately, I have no control over the delivery, whichever carrier is chosen. I hope you were happy with the products, in any case.
Best wishes,
M@nu.

Reply from Creme de Bronzage: Mondial Relay really has outdone itself with you! That’s already the second time they haven’t delivered where they were instructed to. Even though it’s not my fault, I’m very sorry and I apologise on their behalf. Thank you very much for not confusing my service with this delivery :).

Tutti va bene.
Very disappointed to get 8 little pots, I would have preferred to be offered something else.

Reply from Creme de Bronzage: I’m sorry, I thought I was doing the right thing. You had chosen 2 × 50ml pots, which were shown as out of stock. To save you time, I sent you 8 × 15ml pots of the same product instead, which is 20ml more than what you had paid for, thinking you’d be pleased.
I apologise, and another time I will contact you before making this kind of replacement.

Parfait.
I highly recommend this site. I’ve ordered several times and I’m always delighted with the products I receive. This time I had trouble ordering because of my email account. The order was placed by phone. The person I spoke to was very attentive, but above all very professional and gave good advice.
I haven’t had the chance to try all the products I received this time yet.
One thing is certain, I’ll order again.
Thank you Manu, Crème de bronzage.
