Customer reviews
4.91767 verified reviews of our shop
100% of our reviews are genuine: none are made up, and each one is published exactly as the customer wrote it, less glowing ones included. Only two kinds are not shown here: messages that don’t give an opinion (‘not tried it yet’) and those about a product rather than the shop (often the same text as the review left on the product page).

Reply from Creme de Bronzage: Thank you! However, I see that you only gave 2 stars out of 5 for the delivery. Did you have a problem?

Livraison en mondial relais tres longue plus de 10 jours tres sympa les échantillons dans le colis ,merci.
Reply from Creme de Bronzage: Hello. First of all, sorry for the late delivery. It’s beyond our control. Once the parcel has been handed to a carrier (La Poste, GLS or MR), we no longer have any control. However, if only the delivery was a problem, why do my service and the goods only have 3 stars? Did I do something wrong? M@nu.
Fast dispatch, always with various testers of other products.

The goods were very well packed, nothing to say about customer service. As for the delivery, unfortunately I wasn’t there and I had to wait 5 more days.
