4.91767 verified reviews of our shop
100% of our reviews are genuine: none are made up, and each one is published exactly as the customer wrote it, less glowing ones included. Only two kinds are not shown here: messages that don’t give an opinion (‘not tried it yet’) and those about a product rather than the shop (often the same text as the review left on the product page).

A Chronopost problem unrelated to the sender pushed delivery back by 48 hours Otherwise nothing to say about customer support, which is always top-notch.

Delivery problem with Mondial Relay, but it happens all the time!
Nathalie V., on 01/06/2018, automatically translated from FrenchProblème de livraison avec mondial relay, mais c’est récurent !
Reply from Creme de Bronzage: Especially in May, with one long weekend after another, they fell incredibly far behind! I had to step in for a number of deliveries that sometimes took 15 days! I had the same problem (to a lesser extent) with GLS this year. Only La Poste managed to cope with the public holidays in May. As is often the case... Sorry for these delivery problems, in any case. Even though it’s not my fault, it always bothers me for my customers!
A product I had already bought in 200ml. Nothing to complain about, more than pleasant scent!! Crazy hydration, the first moisturising product I’ve used that isn’t sticky, after applying it the skin is extremely soft! I think I’ll buy it even when I stop my sunbed tanning sessions.
Reply from Creme de Bronzage: Thank you for your review. The product you’re talking about is the Supertan Aftertan. I’m mentioning it for people reading your review, because no details of your order are shown by default. Indeed, this product is top, and quite a few of my customers use it as a day cream, it moisturises so deeply.
Good site, I received quite a few samples for a €36 order (3 products), which is really nice. The order is well protected.
