4.91767 verified reviews of our shop
100% of our reviews are genuine: none are made up, and each one is published exactly as the customer wrote it, less glowing ones included. Only two kinds are not shown here: messages that don’t give an opinion (‘not tried it yet’) and those about a product rather than the shop (often the same text as the review left on the product page).

Hello This is the first time I’ve ordered on this site, and I can only speak well of it: items arrived well packed and on time, the most courteous service by email, and a little bonus, a few free samples. Great, keep it up.

Parfait.
Reply from Creme de Bronzage: Thank you! I’m lucky to have kind, appreciative and respectful customers. So it’s easy to be kind to them ;).
Excellent customer service, very fast delivery with a very effective product. Just one small downside: the orange goggles aren’t great for UV, because their orange colour lets the UV light through. I strongly recommend this company for its reliability, its speed and above all its professionalism. See you soon.

A bientôt.
Reply from Creme de Bronzage: For the goggles, you chose ‘Eclypses’. I suggest you try the new ones we’ve just added to the catalogue, from the LESSIAN brand. They are of much higher quality for almost the same price! In the meantime, a big thank you for your kind words ;) Best wishes, M@nu.
Very good customer service.

A very satisfying trial of a product I didn’t know yet. Good texture and pleasant scent. A lotion just as effective as the others I’ve tried before. Always free sachets as a gift. Really nice.

From order to delivery, everything went as planned. As it should always be to keep a customer loyal. So we didn’t need to use customer service.

I’m delighted with my order and the little extra I received, with excellent service for both tracking and delivery.

I was very pleasantly surprised when someone called me to point out that I hadn’t taken advantage of an offer, and that he was sending me a few products to make up for it. Thank you, that’s real customer care.

Reply from Creme de Bronzage: Thank you Patricia :) I always try to put myself in my customers’ shoes and to put their interests before mine.
