4.91767 verified reviews of our shop
100% of our reviews are genuine: none are made up, and each one is published exactly as the customer wrote it, less glowing ones included. Only two kinds are not shown here: messages that don’t give an opinion (‘not tried it yet’) and those about a product rather than the shop (often the same text as the review left on the product page).

I had chosen home delivery with GLS, I stayed at home all day, and I received an email saying I wasn’t at home, so I had to go to the pickup point to collect my parcel. So, disappointed with the delivery, but as for the rest, nothing to say!
Reply from Creme de Bronzage: Hello Julie, I’m very sorry about this mishap! I’ve passed the information on to GLS so that it’s reported to this careless driver’s manager. Unfortunately, there isn’t much more I can do on my side, except promise to add a few gifts to your next order to make up for this driver’s carelessness! Leave me a message in the comment field of your next order to remind me of the incident, because I may not remember it myself :) Best wishes, M@nu.

Reply from Creme de Bronzage: Hello Eric, I assume you gave 3 stars for the goods and the customer service because you didn’t (yet) have an opinion on them. In that case, it’s better not to tick anything at all, because as it stands it suggests that the service and the goods are average, and I don’t think that’s the message you wanted to give. If possible, could you correct or complete it? And if you’ve had the slightest problem, don’t hesitate to let me know! Best wishes, M@nu.
Great!!! I highly recommend it to you. Top-notch customer service. The goods are high quality. In short, don’t hesitate to order.
