4.91767 verified reviews of our shop
100% of our reviews are genuine: none are made up, and each one is published exactly as the customer wrote it, less glowing ones included. Only two kinds are not shown here: messages that don’t give an opinion (‘not tried it yet’) and those about a product rather than the shop (often the same text as the review left on the product page).
Delivery tracking out of service, very long delay because of the long weekends.

Suivi de livraison hors service, délai très long à cause des ponts.
Reply from Creme de Bronzage: Indeed, I have to admit Mondial Relay really outdid itself! Slow deliveries are happening more and more often with them. So I’m looking into other pickup point options to replace them with a more efficient competitor. Sorry, in any case, for this slowness, which has nothing to do with my service! :(.
All perfect, and I really appreciated the samples, thank you.

Tout parfait et bien apprécié les échantillons merci.
Top-notch seller, never disappointed, delivery to a pickup point in two days! I recommend ++, I order every year, and always little gifts for his customers! See you very soon.

Vendeur au top jamais déçu livraison en relais colis en deux jours ! Je recommande ++ je pasSe commande chaque année Et toujours des petits cadeau pour ses clientes ! A très vite.
Reply from Creme de Bronzage: Mondial Relay delivery in 2 days... You were very lucky! Even though I send out ALL parcels the same day or the next (depending on the time of the order), it happens more and more often that Mondial Relay takes almost a week to deliver to my customers! So I’m really glad it went well for you! :).
Great, nothing to say.

Reply from Creme de Bronzage: Hello Sandrine, I’ve gone through my inbox, my spam folder and the site’s various tools again... I can’t find any trace of your emails :( Could you write to me at manu@creme-bronzage.com and tell me how you tried to contact me? As a long-standing customer, you know that not replying isn’t like me at all! Best wishes, M@nu.
