4.91767 verified reviews of our shop
100% of our reviews are genuine: none are made up, and each one is published exactly as the customer wrote it, less glowing ones included. Only two kinds are not shown here: messages that don’t give an opinion (‘not tried it yet’) and those about a product rather than the shop (often the same text as the review left on the product page).

Reply from Creme de Bronzage: I can guarantee that no product is ever opened before dispatch. However, it can happen that the seal closing some pots (such as face intensifiers) comes unstuck when you unscrew the lid.
Delivery, goods and customer service all flawless. Manu really listens to the customer and always answers questions with a great knowledge of the products he sells. It’s always a pleasure to order from Crème de bronzage. .

The Luxe Tan lotion arrived with the cap broken, so impossible to take the lotion with me when I travel, and what’s more 1/4 of the product had leaked! It happens, never mind Good packaging, though .
Reply from Creme de Bronzage: This kind of problem can happen. However solidly I pack the parcels, accidents sometimes happen. In that case, I replace the product as soon as it’s reported to me (I do ask for a photo, to avoid abuse). It’s a shame to give a bad rating when I wasn’t able to respond. I’m adding a free product to your account.
Delivered on time, top products and samples as a gift, I’ll definitely order again, thank you!
Vera m., on 10/04/2015, automatically translated from FrenchLivraison dans les délais, produits top et des échantillons en cadeau, je re passerai commande cest sur merci !
