4.91767 verified reviews of our shop
100% of our reviews are genuine: none are made up, and each one is published exactly as the customer wrote it, less glowing ones included. Only two kinds are not shown here: messages that don’t give an opinion (‘not tried it yet’) and those about a product rather than the shop (often the same text as the review left on the product page).
Goods well packed, however the cap is completely broken.
Sylvie D., on 17/11/2014, automatically translated from FrenchMarchandise bien emballée cependant le capuchon est complètement cassé.
Reply from Creme de Bronzage: Hello, I’ll send you a new cap. If you have a problem like this, always remember to contact me before posting a negative review. Accidents in transit happen, but I always do what’s needed to solve them as quickly as possible.
Delivered on the day stated, top-notch products.
Valerie f., on 15/11/2014, automatically translated from FrenchLivré dans le jour dit , les produits au tops.
Great products, perfect customer service, fast delivery, but not happy with GLS, the carrier, they always leave their parcels at ‘pickup points’ very far from home.
Charlène J., on 06/11/2014, automatically translated from FrenchSuper produits, un service client parfait, livraison rapide mais pas satisfaite de GLS le transporteur, ils déposent toujours leurs colis dans des "relais" très moin du domicile.
Reply from Creme de Bronzage: Unfortunately, because GLS brings together a very large number of private delivery companies, quality and reliability can vary greatly depending on the region you’re in. There are areas where they are really excellent and others where that is far from the case. Fortunately, you have other choices on the site :).
Very good, with just one downside regarding the delivery charge, which isn’t the same as in the site’s terms and conditions: free over €60, but at checkout it goes up to €10 (maybe because we’re trade customers) We also received free samples, which makes up for it a little. Thank you Crème de bronzage.
Reply from Creme de Bronzage: Indeed, delivery is free over €60 for retail customers only (I’ll need to make that clear on the ‘delivery and payment’ page). For trade customers, the rules are as follows: Up to €100 = €10 delivery From €100 to €249.99 = €5 From €250 = free delivery Unfortunately I can’t do better given the margins but, as you say so well, I always make sure to include a few gifts :).
I’ve ordered several times, no problems, very fast, and on top of that samples that are a real treat.
Lionel d., on 26/10/2014, automatically translated from FrenchJ'ai commande plusieurs fois aucun souci tres rapide et en plus des echantillons qui font plaisir.
Delivery within 48 hours would be ideal.
Aurelie R., on 23/10/2014, automatically translated from FrenchUne livraison en 48h serait idéale.
Reply from Creme de Bronzage: That’s the case for 95% of deliveries, but indeed I noticed on your order that GLS took one day longer (strangely, no movement on the 15th). My apologies for this slight delay, which was beyond my control.
Fast delivery, products always meeting expectations. And above all, golden customer service, with regular messages about the dispatch of the products. And not forgetting the samples with every order. Very satisfied!!
